So you can have big muscles and be weak? That sounds backwards.
Yeah it does but it's the truth.

I stopped believing in size means strength long time ago. It's not necessarily true.

I've met too many big softy niggas, fought too many dudes bigger than me.

Using steroids helps your muscles to synthesize protein better so you can gain size faster.

You may gain some strength but not as much as your muscles will make it look like you have on steroids.

It's all in the name. Bodybuilding vs Power-lifting.

Bodybuilders are building for size and looks, power lifters are obviously lifting for strength and power.

Bodybuilders can gain strength just as a byproduct of working out but gaining strength usually isn't the goal.

Power lifers may gain size as a byproduct of power-lifting but that's usually not the goal.

I've known guys who look big and well defined physiques but couldn't do more push-ups than me.

Their bodies were well proportioned and cut up but they weren't lifting heavier weight than I was.

On the flip I've known some Asian dudes little small fuckers. But bench press a helluva lot of weight just Bruce Lee strong.

Had me like how is all of that power coming out of this little persons body. He wasn't that big or swole just looked regular.
 
It's like this, you can have big ass arms by doing bicep curls and working your triceps but when you get on the bench press, you can't even do 150! Why? Because you just want to look strong. Real lifters know the difference. Steroids can make you strong but you will lose that strength when you stop taking them!

Shit does not make sense to carry that much mass if you are not in the Mr. Olympia circuit or beasting on Sundays. How in the hell do you make enough money to support the calories and tattos?

Because he's not an athlete. Every tall person can't play basketball, and every strong person can't fight, wrestle or play football. You still need skills

Yeah at the end of it all he got tore up.But he was back to lifting not long ago but I doubt it was squatting 800lbs though.
