It's out there and has been for decades,only through marriege my uncle's family were known for scamming people all down in the Carolina's,Georgia and Florida ...he learned it from his father who was a preacher sold snake oil,weed and provided hookers for any celebration.
Charleston White also point out that when it comes to funds coming from the government to help your black community follow it and see where and whom does it go too cause they love giving our funds to some black preacher who knows nothing about making anything better but him or herself and you know what they do with the money.

It's worse in our community. They take advantage of the undereducated and by proxy the educated. I send my mother money every month. I consider myself well off, it don't hurt. One time I'm talking to her on the phone and she mentions her and a friend are flying to Orlando for a real estate seminar.

You gotta know what you don’t know. I’m not an accountant. He broke it down to me in layman’s terms exactly what happened and I was able to get access to my money after damn near two years. Turns out the shit was rigged from the jump. USAA sold their investment portfolio to Charles Schwab right at the beginning of the bullshit. All of a sudden my account disappeared and I started getting checkbooks and debit cards in the mail. He walked me through it and I got my money back plus some. Real cool dude.
Hard work is easy work. Scamming takes more work than actually putting energy into a legit hustle and it cost you more.
