Seriously, we need a line by line play. Somethings I can make out (I know a Ruger is a type of gun), and somethings I can kinda speculate on (sugar dimes), but some of this stuff...way over my head.

Guess I'll take a look a the refrain first.

luchini it seems is another word for money according to urbandictionary.com.

rapgenious.com cites Camp Lo's influence of the 70's and Blaxpoitation films noting that 'vines' is a 70's reference to clothes. Didn't think jiggy was a real word, (thanks Will Smith), but it does seem to be:

rapgenius.com seems to have a pretty good hold on this. But i always like to look at something upside down and sideways cause everyone has a different point of view.

First line, RG translates as :

Now I don't know about welcoming himself, but perhaps introducing? So Suede thinks of himself as the Phantom of the Dark. Wouldn't normally associate a phantom, a ghost, something that moves through shadows as a god, but because we coming to Suede's "heaven" I think this is an allegory for him stating he is the king of his area, (house, neighborhood, etc), and this is how he does it, int he dark.

"Levitation"...dude, these guys are so high. They got weed...and huh? I'm guessing ancient divas might be the classic of the classic, some Sarah Vaughn, Lena Horne, Ella Fitzgerald...this is what pops in my mind. We already know Camp Lo has a penchant for the vintage so I can imagine passing one listening to some jazz or some soulful gospel from Mahalia. It's the E7 that's tripping me out...I try to Google E7...all I'm getting is computer language. But let's see...we got the weed which could be taste...ancient divas - hearing...I would think that the E7 would refer to a drink. Their thing was blaxploitation movies, etc. Who knows what they were speaking.

I know, which was one of the reasons why I wanted to know what they were saying. It's so...awesomely confusing. But I really just wanted something to do. Though I was looking for more input...so thanks.
