Not the LG Voyager, Not the Prada phone, Not the HTC Touch, and not This one. The iPhone's interface is just too ill.

Depends if the Google phone is released on a GSM/3G network, if
so, then yes it has the potential to lock down the market.
They pretty much are making every kind of app needed for a cell,
before they even release theirs. Latest news is that Apple is
trying to keep AT&T from even thinking about a deal with them.
Keep in mind Google wants to buy the spectrum when sold off, making
them a new microsoft but with total control. Right now, designs
have been done by ORANGE, HTC, TOSIHBA, and other compaines, that
want in on the Google phone.
