Why should we be concerned? We don't know her personally.

Unfortunately she's been using and abusing drugs for so long that her brain is rewired solid to an "access denied" state when it comes to allowing people to intervene with knowlegde or programs.
She has to hit rock bottom and decide upon herself to get help and the help that she gets can't be those quicky 3 month rehab that's has temporary effects.
She has to be in a long term extensive rehab program for at least a year or more to clear her damaged lungs and purge her of the toxins in body and more importantly to restore or reboot her mindset to some semblance of normalcy prior to using drugs.
Dude that recorded her is an ego driven, attention whoring punk who's getting off on barking orders like "Pump my gas fo me!" "Ahh no no no no, we do 89 in this car!" but I suspect that dude is too young to know who Maia Campbell is and he treated her like he probably treats all crack heads.
