Putin is blaming rap music for the cultural demise of Russia because it voices protest & promotes free speech.
The origin of rap worldwide is Black America. They targeted the thing they hate & fear the most.

It was personal as well as political against us. They targeted a market segment that is:
a) not a majority of the voters
b) historically have been suppressed by CACs in control and especially now with state level gerrymandering
c) most likely wouldn't turn out with Obama-like numbers for Hilary
