Not sure about downloads, but ESPN3 usually has broadcasts of Top 14 Orange Rugby (French League). Dunno if they show Aviva premiership. I'm interested in finding out myself now. I'll keep you posted.
Yeah I watch the French league on my XBox360 Espn app but my Xbox live account is about to expire and I won't be renewing so I need somewhere to watch it. Keep me updated if you find anything.
