not knocking it. but Diet, lift heavy weights, and do HIIT and u can do the same thing.

not saying acai berries are bad...but still.



in a few years...it'll be some new BS that wil help you lose fat faster than normal.
follow some of the other suggestions posted in this thread.
leave that shit alone....it wil make others richer quicker than it wil make you lose weight.

Acai is really a superfood. The nutritional value is off the fucking charts. The problem is that most of the shit you get in the U.S. has very little of the original nutritional value as Acai needs to be eaten fresh or in the frozen pulp form to get most of the value out of it...

Acai is a common fruit here in Brasil that people consume and health benefits are well known.. another superfruit with crazy nutrutional value is Capuacu..

c/s.... most supplements = bullshit. Diet is more important than excercise which is more important than supplements
