I won't forget logging on and seeing this thread title. Hit like a brick. It's reality, but I don't want to see anything like this again. He had a good run tough. Long live Prodigy in our memories and his music. Out.

Shit is totally heartbreaking... Prodigy came to Portsmouth Va in 2001 to fuqq with me & my homie off the strength of Dre Bly & his cousin Troy.
We had a show behind his Uptown barbershop. I remember standing in the crowd & Prodigy saying in the mic "Yo Bless... Where you at?
Come to the stage thun." Niggas looked at me like a star yo... Good memories. He was gonna sign us to Infamous Records. Don't know
what happened with that tho... He showed big love when we we're around him... RIP Legend. :(
 
I was supposed to go to that concert... but my flight got delayed... it was 110 degrees in Vegas that night..and that concert was outside... #RIP_P

Man i cant beleive this shit..a legend gone way too young..

Mobb deep was such an integral part of my teenage/young adult years..it seemed like there wasnt a moment where me and my crew werent listening to some mobb or affiliated groups...infamous mobb, cnn, big noyd, nas, alchemist

I still bump all of their albums including him and havocs solo joints..alchemist is easily one of my favorite producers. My brother in law lent me prodigys book autobiography a couple weeks ago...i know he must be sick right now, son was his favorite rapper

Rest in peace P....
