Its not a bad track but its a little slow. I like that Kanye line "I hit the strip club and girls get extra hype; you hit the strip club and the girls turn extra dyke"
I'm not too crazy about the vocals on that hook, either. The track itself is pretty decent, tho. Its not a club banger. It more like an anthem. I hope the rest of the disc leans more towards stuff like Magnificent than this.

WITH Officer Ricky's low buzz, bad pr, and dropping mediocre singles. I am not too sure if he will unless his company buys his album to boost his numbers. But I am quite confident that his album will do gold at best. Officer Ricky is no Kanye West, you knew right off the bat, single after single his shit was the game changer that no one expected. Kanye West shit was infectious and addictive-the shit got you moving. Offficer Ricckky's album is not a sure thing. Not one single of his grabbed me like that.

Don't forget that even though 50 lost his head to head battle with Kanye he still went gold in a week with his worst 1rst week sales. Both of Ross' CDs have taken almost a year to hit that level if they ever did reach that level. And while Ross isn't a bum as a rapper it's not as though he's stepped his game up to a higher level with the stuff that he's dropped recently. Neither he nor 50 are at the top of their game but you can't deny that 50 does have a better situation.

That shit was nothing but a rip off of Audio Two's "Top Billin'" with a new drum track under it and a couple of sound effects. Ross isn't that great of a lyricist, either. I give him props for being nice here and there but he's not all that in the grand scheme of lyricists - not while you got cats like Pharoahe, Immortal Tech, Talib, and Black Thought on the mic and even among the more mainstream rappers you have cats like Dre3K, Luda, Chamillionaire and T.I. that spit harder. He's pretty good for what he does - hood music. 50 has always been overrated to me and has only released one decent record. I'm talking about QUALITY, not NUMBERS, either. Just because more people fell for the marketing doesn't mean that the record is QUALITY. You can't judge quality by numbers because the average listener doesn't know shit about music.
