Rick Perry, likely the earliest known source of the 'strategy' to undermine 2020 election.

Jan 6 investigators believe Nov. 4 text pushing 'strategy' to undermine election came from Rick Perry

Washington (CNN) - Members of the House Select Committee investigating the January 6 attack on the US Capitol believe that former Texas Governor and Trump Energy Secretary Rick Perry was the author of a text message sent to then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows the day after the 2020 election pushing an "AGRESSIVE (sic) STRATEGY" for three state legislatures to ignore the will of their voters and deliver their states' electors to Donald Trump, three sources familiar with the House Committee investigation tell CNN.

Even before all the votes were counted they were scheming this. He has denied it, but can't explain why the text message's source number points to his phone. What's left of the functioning government is taking all this waaaaaay to lightly, because they've demonstrated that they'll destroy everything to keep power. *** Plain and simple this is treason. ***

Treason is the crime of attacking a state authority to which one owes allegiance.[1] This typically includes acts such as participating in a war against one's native country, attempting to overthrow its government, spying on its military, its diplomats, or its secret services for a hostile and foreign power, or attempting to kill its head of state. A person who commits treason is known in law as a traitor.[2]
Historically, in common law countries, treason also covered the murder of specific social superiors, such as the murder of a husband by his wife or that of a master by his servant. Treason (i.e. disloyalty) against one's monarch was known as high treason and treason against a lesser superior was petty treason. As jurisdictions around the world abolished petty treason, "treason" came to refer to what was historically known as high treason.
At times, the term traitor has been used as a political epithet, regardless of any verifiable treasonable action. In a civil war or insurrection, the winners may deem the losers to be traitors. Likewise the term traitor is used in heated political discussion – typically as a slur against political dissidents, or against officials in power who are perceived as failing to act in the best interest of their constituents. In certain cases, as with the Dolchstoßlegende (Stab-in-the-back myth), the accusation of treason towards a large group of people can be a unifying political message.

FULL STOP. -- Is the congress of The United States of America not a state authority? Was it attached on January 6, 2021?

You and I are on the same page in this regard. I'm just wanted to sharpen the focus for all the both side'rs. They think there is no difference between the GOP and the Biden Riderz, Bernie Bros, and Kamala Hoes. They are not the same because only the GOP's members have publicly placed other countries' (like Russia) strategic assertions/interest above its own officers, or acknowledged a plan to undermine the constitutional process of a peaceful transition of power under the guise of a thoroughly disproven lie. I hate them.

:eek2: and all this time I thought it was Faith Spotted Eagle and Robert Satiacum, Jr :eek2:

Excellent work @blackpepper , I’ll be watching this thread for more breaking updates.

They need to appoint Jamie Raskin as special counsel. DOJ is moving too slowly to indict the top of the pyramid. Take Perry and Cruz off the board, and watch the other roaches scramble

Rick Perry's epic tirade against "the cancer of Trump-ism"
Rick-Perry-and-Donald-Trump.jpg

In June of 2015, former Texas Gov. Rick Perry delivered the kind of speech that candidates for president generally have a difficult time walking back. Speaking to something called the Opportunity and Freedom PAC, he ripped into his rival, Donald Trump, as a “cancer on conservatism” that “must be clearly diagnosed, excised and discarded.” He was a “sower of discord,” Perry said, who “foments agitation, thrives on division, scapegoats certain elements of society, and offers empty platitudes and promises.” Trump was a “barking carnival act,” and “Trumpism, as he defined it, was a “toxic mix of demagoguery, mean-spiritedness and nonsense that will lead the Republican Party to perdition if pursued.”
