Why would I have to look on Google? Bruh there is a huge thread on starting a Janitorial company where I have dropped many of the things you seek. I have help countless members on BGOL with getting started.

But there is no way to pay those rates. I am not disputing NY or Cali as their cost of living is higher.

Him signing a contract that owners void at any time means nothing to him speaking up for the health of players.

What he makes in any context doesn't matter when he's speaking up for the safety his the players in the league, especially with the fake emphasis that the NFL puts on safety.

While most get time in a half or nothing because they are salaried, Sherman got $875,000 for being inconvenienced.:lol:

Now I would understand his complaining if he got $10 per hour on Thursday night games. The nigga played 27 mins and had 3 tackles and took a cool $875,000 home:lol:

Then after the game get in a nice tub and have female trainers massage him. Like stop it Sherman:lol:

Thats also a rule that was in place WHEN he signed the contract, so again, it doesn't apply here. If it means nothing to him, he can do just what the owners do when they aren't happy with something concerning a player, he can quit and void his contract...

Again, I spoke to his salary in response to a post, but I've stated my reasoning 5 times in this thread, and it has nothing to do with salary... All of the fake emphasis the NFL puts on players and stuff is irrelevant when... understanding that dynamic, the players STILL SIGN THE CONTRACTS TO PLAY! If they want to make change, organize, hold out, don't sign contracts unless certain safety measures are in place, etc. Once the contracts are signed, its the league who has all the power...

If you don't like the way your job is set up.... quit.... :hmm:

he makes 875,000 a game cause he puts prob over a million dollars worth of asses in seats to watch those games live.. he sells hundreds of thousands or more jerseys with his last name on the back, he sells a bunch of caps, posters, other gear and mercahandise, he helps get lucrative tv contracts, he's 1 of the big reasons seattle has a fanbase.. that rite there is worth more than his weekly contract..he generates 10's of millions and more worth of dollars.. he also sacrifice his body for that company to make all that money..how many of these 10 dollar an hr people u talking about bringing in millions to 10's of millions of dollars worth of money each week?? somebody would be consider pretty stupid for only make 10 bucks an hr and generating 10 million dollars a week for his company.. sherman makes that kinda money cause he generates so much more can the $10 an hr person say the same???

Sherman is right! How the league gonna holla about making this game safer and shit but trotting out there players on Thursday night football when they just played 4 days ago, the players themselves telling you their body hasn't even healed yet. Hell I played HS football and your body didn't start to feel better until later that week, I can only imagine what college in like and the NFL is on a whole other level.

Let it go Sherman, Dallas played 3 games in 12 days. Vikings,Redskins and Baltimore. But yet Gruden was complaining and now Sherman doing the same thing. He also will get the next 10 days off after the game.

You don't compare the cook at Burger King to someone who cooks at a restaurant where you must book 6 months in advance.

Folks just jealous and full of fucking hate. I hear it all the time on sports talk. About 1,700 football players on the planet and folks can't understand why they get paid what they get paid. Comparing them to fucking maintenance men who can be replaced with a call to a temp agency or picking up a guy outside of Home Depot. Hate is fucking blinding. :smh: :smh:

I get it this is why they get paid a nice salary. All types of incentives, plus most teams are off Starting January till August work 4months and off 8 months for close to a million a game. Football is a dangerous sport Sherman and other players have a choice not to sign up. Veterans sign up for the war and get killed in the line of duty. Only for what free education.

Where they go in in the morning and study have meetings practice hit lift study more go home then do it all again during the week and then fly to another city to prepare to go out and crash into humans and run at peak physical condition for those 27 minutes
Their work week is more like 65 hours and 27 minutes.

If a job you've been doing takes 7 days to complete and 1 time at random they say do it in 4... and you know that if you do it in 4 it ain't gonna be up to the professional standard you have for your company and name you good with that?
