Republicans Hate Minorities

Limbaugh and Beck are just a couple of stupid azzholes who get paid to talk shit to their target audience of far right conservatives.

Of course Republicans hate minorities. They are the party of white privilege. That's why 10s of millions of working class crackers, like Joe the fucking Plumber, consistently vote republican against their own economic interests.
Factory-working crackers up here in Michigan (Macomb County--home of cornball rednecks Eminem and Kid Rock--specifically) are largely responsible for Reagan getting elected. They were called the "Reagan Democrats." And the first thing Reagan did, was to set about busting the unions that provided those fucktards with a living wage and health benefits.
Working class crackers have a pathological hatred of minorities, and the real Republicans (those whose interests the GOP really serves) manipulate that hatred to keep those stupid motherfuckers voting for issues that benefit the rich at their expense. The GOP learned that shit from George Wallace.
George Wallace figured out that there are a lot of crackers who are uncomfortable with a racist white politician getting up and yelling, "N*gger!" But, they hate black folks nonetheless. So, old George Wallace came up with a kinder and gentler kind of racism, where they use buzzwords (welfare mother, young thugs etc.) that don't explicitly cite any ethnic minority, but the meaning of which is unambiguous to whites. The Republicans took that shit and ran with it. Working class whites hear "welfare mother" and it drives them insane. They would rather shoot themselves in the foot (and lose their jobs, homes, insurance etc...) than to think that an African American or Mexican is catching a break.
Personally, I laugh every time I think about it. I've got mine. My father left me some, still going, concerns, and I took my black ass to school. So, fuck 'em. I hope they all end up on a bread-line.
