Kamala Harris on Tuesday announced she chose Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to be her running mate.
Immediately after Walz was introduced as Kamala’s running mate, a video of him falsely claiming to be a combat veteran surfaced.

Falsely portraying yourself as a combat war veteran is a crime.
It is truly unbelievable that the Democrats did not discover this as they were vetting the far left Minnesota Governor for their vice presidential pick.
The Stolen Valor Act of 2013 made it a “federal crime for an individual to fraudulently hold oneself out to be a recipient of any of several specified military decorations or medals with the intent to obtain money, property, or other tangible benefit.” The Stolen Valor Act also criminalized the act of lying to gain unearned veterans health-care benefits or other rewards, such as employment reserved for veterans.
American Legion Commander James E. Koutz praised the bipartisan vote at the time, saying,
“Those who deliberately lie about military service, wear medals they did not earn or make claims of combat heroism they did not achieve are more than just liars. They are perpetrators of the worst kind of fraud. Their lies are an insult to all who have truly stood in harm’s way and earned their decorations. We raised this issue at our national convention, and the House acted.”

On Wednesday night, a second video surfaced of Governor Walz lying that he was a war veteran. Walz is heard saying, “I spent 24 years in the National Guard, some of that full-time. I was an artilleryman. I deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. My battalion provided base security throughout the European theater from Turkey to England in the early stages of the war in Afghanistan. And that same battalion is now in Iraq at this time.”
Democrats missed this when they were checking out his background and history.
Following this news, Newsmax TV host Greg Kelly, a retired lieutenant colonel in the US Marine Corps Reserve, weighed in on this news.
Kelly tweeted out on his popular X account that Tim Walz should face prison for his criminal acts.

Greg Kelly is correct. Whoever violates the Stolen Valor Act “shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”

However we already know that nothing that comes from that Camp or Ol Bone Spurs draft dodging ass is true
and more lies and fabrications and criminal activities are to come ... so
It looks like a wash to me and i still wouldn't care if they put up a Pink and Purple Polka dot Ham Sandwich

Keep in mind, this is "news" from a non-credible source, NewsMax. Walz was deployed overseas in Europe for military operations. This "Violation of Stolen Valor Act" is a long stretch. So, back to the drawing board for advocates of the FELONIOUS-N-COUCH-FUCKER ticket,

According to the Minnesota National Guard, Walz retired in May 2005, two months before his unit, the 1st Battalion, 125th Field Artillery received an alert order for mobilization to Iraq in July 2005. It’s likely that Walz put in for retirement months before that May. It’s also clear that guardsmen anticipated deployment to Iraq months before July.

According to several of his contemporaries in the guard Walz talked about it as a hard decision: that if he deployed he’d miss his best chance to run for Congress.

“He weighed that decision to run for Congress very, very heavy,” Allan Bonnifield, who served with Walz, told Minnesota Public Radio in 2018. “He loved the military, he loved the Guard, he loved the soldiers that he worked with, and making that decision was very tough for him. Especially knowing that we were going on another deployment to Iraq. He didn’t take that decision lightly at all.”

The unit didn’t go to Iraq until March 2006, 10 months after Walz retired, where it stayed for a grueling 22-month extended deployment. The charge has dogged Walz, and in his last run for governor in 2022, it was even leveled by a political opponent who never served at all.



Vance, who served six months in a noncombat role in Iraq, said he would be "ashamed if I was him and I lied about my military service."

The Kamala Harris campaign scrubbed his bio page and replaced it with another bio.

On its website, the Harris campaign axed a reference to Walz as a “retired command sergeant major” and now says that he once served at the command sergeant major rank — a small change that nonetheless reflects his true rank at retirement from the Army National Guard.
Walz, the governor of Minnesota, served for 24 years in the National Guard before retiring in 2005 from the military to run for the U.S. House, where he became the most senior enlisted soldier to serve in Congress.

This is why I can't fuck with the republican party. I am more conservative than liberal. But I am also a realist and knows when enough is enough. Trump's followers know they are lies but will not admit it. Case in point, nothing is more obvious about the crowd size lie. this was one of the first lies he MADE Sean Spicer go to the public with. Even though EVERYONE could clearly see with their own eyes Trump and Spicer was fos. Something this trivial is still being debunked yet time is being spent proving it over and over. Graham, Cruz, Vance, Desantis, McCarthy, McConnell all lost their dignity and respect to a guy who insulted and degraded them and their family publicly. These were powerful guys who could have easily dealt with Trump long before it got to the point of where we are now. Ultimately this is all about white males. The playing field is slowly leveling and they can't handle it. they are blocking any and every law that takes away their privilege.
