What offenses can Sanchez, Barkley, Osweiller, and Glennon thrive in that Kaepernick can't?

Seems to me the only QB mentioned above that has thrived offensively in the NFL is Kaepernick.

They can hold clipboards & play "conventional" ball. Kap can be a back up in Seattle or Dallas, but NFL, coaches are arrogant who like to "plug & play". Harbaugh was willing to coach to Kap's strengths these other smug fuckers won't. It's how a lot of dudes career ended in the NFL.

They can do 3 step drops, stand in the pocket & coaches don't have to alter from what their ego will not allow. It's not just mobile Black QBs though, look at how many Leach/Holgerson/Kingbury QBs flame out. Same for Jeff Tedford guys, which is why Aaron Rodgers fell so far. Art Briles QBs white & black flame out in the NFL for the same reason. Miami got a white boy who have the same issues, but they keep giving him chances to fuck up. That's the real crime & how you know it's some racist shit...QBs with the same limitations don't get the same chances.
