I've seen lotsa posts about shaving for Black men, but none about this. I used to use Magic Shave cuz my older bros had ingrown hairs. I eventually realized I didn't have that problem and started using razors, but using Magic Shave for a few years gave me dark skin around my jaw and upper neck.
Anybody know of anything to 'lighten' or even the skin tone in that area? I regularly use shea butter and products with glycolic acid (helps to get rid of dead skin cells), so it's gotten a little better, but I still have mild discoloration in that area.
It's not that bad, so I can live with it. But I'd like to know if I can do something about it.
