She couldn't move to the right. There were two trucks to the right of her. When there was room dude jumped at the chance to pass her on the right and his dumb ass fucked up his own truck and is now internet famous.

What you're not getting is that she was going to make a left onto Gibsonton Drive. The left turn lane where she pulled over to laugh at him was the lane she had to be in to make that turn.

other than that, fuck the other drivers.
you gain no time by drivin faster than posted limit. everytime i drove from nc to tx, by goin 10+limit i only saved 30min on a 20hr drive. i ended up droppin mpg.
there is only one spot on hwys within houston city limits that says "slower traffic keep right" and thats on the ship channel bridge.
fuck fast driver, drivin fast is one of the major causes for deaths on roads.

Can't exactly tell the speed limit but it seems she was doing about 55 when he was on her tail. I know a good part of SR41 is 45mph. There was a truck directly next to her in the right lane for the first 50 seconds of the video. Here's part of her explanation from Youtube and this isn't the full video...
This happened to me on SR 41 in Tampa on Monday March 24th. This pathetic excuse for a human being tailgated me for about three minutes. After about a minute, and me shaking my head, I pulled out my phone and started recording. I couldn't move over because there were trucks in the right lane, and I sure as heck wasn't going to speed on a rainy day with the roads being as slick as they were. I was turning left in about a half-mile when this happened. Now bear in mind, that this guy had already passed a truck in a left turn lane, was tailgating and driving recklessly on a wet slick road, wasn't paying attention, and all in all being an ignorant ass.
He initially fled the scene of the accident, but thanks to this video he has been caught and charged.
I'm definitely NOT going to believe the word of some chick who herself isn't paying attention to the road and recording a driver BEHIND her for an extended period of time and continued to do so while & after he passed her by. She wasn't even looking at the road dude!!

If someone is tailgating you for a long distance, why not just move over so they can pass and be on their way? There are a lot of crazy people out there on the highway.
She is a woman, driving alone. I would recommend she should move instead of staying in front and causing a confrontation!

u dont own the road, as long as they are going more than the minimum, they are legal.
they have just as much right to the road as you do.
following them close, or tailgateing doesnt make them move and quicker.
just pass on the right and keep it moving.

Just watched it again. Stayed in that lane for over 2 miles then sped up when dude was trying to go around then when dude flipped him off he sped up but the person taking the video while driving sped up too as he pulled in front of them attacking him in my book. Could've totally just let dude by. In Chicago, you can get shot for that shit and/or run off the road if you can't keep up

Used to work out of the south. Louisiana has the worst I've witnessed. They have to post a limit to how SLOW you can drive and I've seen people get pulled over for it. They will also pull you over for going 5 over.
Texas was awesome though. People pulled over before I even got to them. It was awesome! No issues. Even a friendly wave and gesture.
But yeah, I keep heat on meh. Never know when someone has issues.
You can make all the excuses you want, That "Bitch" knew exactly what she was doing! That is why she was recording it and that is why she speed up when he tired to pass her! She was not worrying about keeping up with a speed limit when it changed, she was antagonizing him!
