She was probably suicidal at some point and started cutting herself. One of my homeboys has been battling crippling depression for years and was cutting his forearms the same way. Per his explanation, they get numb emotionally and somehow, cutting themselves helps them "feel" something. It's some deep, scary, crazy shit. I pray we all work to maintain our mental health and take it more seriously in general as a community.
Geeez, I don't know where these women exist in the real world but they ain't in the Philly area
