What's up Fellas. I have recently found a huge market that has foreclosure Investors that are looking for people to find forecloseres. It's kind of sick. There are a grip of investors that are paying dudes a finders fee to locate foreclosers (10% of what they pick it up for). The Investors pay for the property and for any work that needs to be done. They provide proof of funds letters with like $2 mill to make the deals happen. You can use those for negotiation power with the banks, etc. The money is wired directly to the owner of the title. They are picking up houses for 50-70 cents on the dollar on behalf of the investors and making between $5,000 and $10,000 per deal at the same time that the house is bought. The only thing is that these cats are charging $5,000 to link to the network.
I figure that we can educate BGOL on the Foreclosure game and get houses for members by auctions, Direct Negotiations, or Bank Short Sales, and setup a few threads that breakdown the process on how to find them etc. I don't know everything, but I know enough to know that it's not hard to get into the game. So fam let's open this up for discussion.

I figure that if we got a few members together we could split the $5k and get access. We can all have access to the investors, foreclosure education and the network training materials.
