Please give some advice on the following:
I have been working w/ an agent to get foreclosure listings in ATL GA. She is doing a great job but I want/need to get in bids on more houses.
W/ the mkt being saturated w/ investors, especially in my target area. I want to find alternate ways than relying on here foreclosure list and websites.
What avenues are you looking at to get in front of more houses.
