I used to have a platoon sergeant tell his soldiers that 18 to 21, you get a pass for fucking up (at least in the army). 22- till you retire, you're a dumbass for fucking up.

This easily applies to folks in the civilian world. it shouldn't really take you long to know where your life is headed and what changes you need to make to get back on track....she's 27 and probably going to jail now for a very long time. We can't blame the system all the time. the things some folks do to themselves has nothing to do with the system.

The bitch got jumped by 2 dudes and could have been beaten into retardation or worse. Unless I am seeing this wrong, she was the victim and had to defend herself from further danger. The dudes turned their back on her but they were dog-walking her ass which is not coo to jump a bitch. Are y'all saying she was dumb for shooting them after they turned their backs to her or she should have just taken the ass-whoopin'? She got run over too, man they didn't give a fuck if they would have killed her that night.

You pull out a gun / shoot to end the threat.

The threat was her being beat up by 2 men.

From my understanding: once they got off of her, she pulls the gun out and fires some shots.......

I believe that was legal / justified.

Both guys began running away.

Once she decided not to flee, but to then chase ole boy around the car and continue shooting, that's when the "crime" occurs..... the threat was eliminated and she could have left the situation via the opposite direction of them..... she chose further violence.

Ok, when she ran down on them niggaz then it got criminal and predatorial. I know in some states the threat has to be coming at you but as soon as the threat backs away or turns their back you cannot shoot.

Where is this energy for the average hood nigga that gets caught up in some shit like this. I don't see you guys saying free Suge Knight. He was being attacked by two people and we know how that went. O j got 7 years for claiming his own shit back while not having a gun.

If someone you knew got caught in the crossfire you would be pissed. Simple answer is not to be involved with people who will jump you to get what they what.

The chic Kevhani was dealing with her manager and that should have been a safe business situation not 2 niggaz beating her ass. She was not conducting a drug deal or plotting a robbery and if the manager wasn't feeling her as an artist or person then fire her or walk away from the business with her. Im sure her "management" were the pillars of the community before they signed up her. She should have signed up for beauty school. Ain't no lack of information out there that says the music game is full of felons.

The video that I saw showed the manager and the drier of the white car beating the shit out of her , when they got off of her she walked away from them , turned around and shot at both of them .. killing the manager , the other guy jumped in the car and ran her oer . I think she should be found not guilty by means of self defense .
