Rapper Gunna free... for now...

You can easily fill it with cement and tile it or laminate or whatever
It’s not that easy. To remove a pool you have to get a permit from the city that costs thousands and takes months just to get. Then you need a structural engineer to assess it more thousands. Then you have to have people come in remove all that water then fill in the pool which will cost you about 50k. My neighbor just had her pool removed out her back yard and cost her almost 100k. Inside a house is probably worse because you’re going to need to level and get all new floors to match.

No you don’t. That’s that California bullshit bureaucracy. Nothing structural needs to change to do that anyway. It’s not outdoor space like a garage being converted. Just cap the water lines and fill it and yes that shit will cost you about $50k, but like someone said in the price range this house sells for that ain’t shit.

Well I live in California so that’s what I know. My brother lives in Atlanta and a lot of that construction there is cheap and shoddy so maybe y’all need to start having more regulations on all those cookie cutter make shift houses y’all got
