From my understanding this ain't like someone saying the O was their work or that gun in the car was their strap. Once that happens, case against the others is dropped. One person eats the case. We all celebrate.
This is admitting to basically a conspiracy, so now it is a real thing that can be used against defendants. Before now, government had to prove it. Now all they got to do is prove others were involved in this thing admitted to be real.
