Same thing I was thinking. And was dude next to her that knocked out that he didn't feel her get picked up. Also looked like dude in red was talking to her about something right before he snatched her.
Dude in red tried to take the girl off the train. Someone was filming it for whatever reason. Back in the hood, red got jumped by dudes in his hood. He's now in the hospital about to be arrested.
Dude in the first post was filming the shit! But them boys got him!
No clue.
Why they let him leave? Throw his bitch ass in jail and let the folks in the pen continue the beatings.
To be honest he'll probably be back on the street by the morning because of the bail reform bill.
