As a Raiders fan, I have no problem with this trade. He was a cancer in the Locker Room for the past 2 seasons. So good riddance.

People hear "Randy Moss" and automatically think back to his early Minnesota years when he was the most explosive player in the game. Hate to break it to you, but Randy Moss isn't that guy anymore. A few injuries have slowed him down and sure he can still run a nice 40, but he has lost the burst needed to get in and out of his cuts to create separation. All he did was run take offs and jump over smaller defenders and he can't even do that now. His routes are sloppy, he doesn't block, he drops passes, he doesn't gain YAC, he gives zero effort, he doesn't go over the middle and he is now able to be covered by the most average of DBs.

And don't criticize the 4th round pick. Thats all they could get for him. His value has fallen so far, a 4th round pick is all he's worth.

If Randy Moss can turn it around, good. But I'll believe it when I see it.

Manning never figured out the Pats. He beat up an injured and second rate team. The Pats had no receivers this year. The defense doesn't even have any stud secondary.
