From the UK here it was a wonderful feeling seeing a black president of the United States.

I'm still having problems sleeping. I need to see a doctor about this.
 
Still on my diet.

Up to the 45 minute program on my stationary bike. 10 miles and 500 calories burned a day. Big step from struggling on the 30 minute 250 program 3 weeks ago. I think I started out too fast but I'm hard headed like that!

Stopped drinking sodas. Stopped eating sweets (except for some Special K snack bars which the jury is still out on).

Stopped eating fried foods and fast food except McDonald's grilled chicken wrap like twice in the three weeks.

Eating more salads and lean chicken breast and vegetables and bananas (only fruit I seem to feel like eating everyday so far).

Drinking water non-stop (Crystal Springs - 32 pack at Sam's Club for 4 bucks a pop). I tried to drink some juice yesterday (the from concentrate kind) and that shit taste nasty to me now! :dance:

Jury still out on this Natural Orange juice I have been drinking.

I'm still trying to get the hang of this discipline thing. I can't seem to get on a proper sleep schedule now that I am unemployed. :( But I am trying to use my wake time as zero and schedule around that.

3 weeks and some pants that were getting borderline small are now fitting ok. Not sagging but not tight either. :dance:

That is all. :lol:

I was shocked at work last night that 3 of the clients(white and 20 something) were actually mourning. Getting super fucked up but not to celebrate. WTF? :dunno: :smh:
 
Just saw this lady who works in my building...DAMN that mofo look good!!! We went out once and there weren't any sparks..wayyy too busy with her job..not that interested..whatever..but, she needs to let me hit it, at least once.:yes:
 
I took a sick day and I really wasn't sick...I feel a little guilty about it, especially because we had a snow day on yesterday! However, originally, I was supposed to be out of work today and tomorrow for a conference (that got canceled at the last minute)...

I hate having a conscious :(

I fell through the ceiling of somebody's attic today at work. Luckily they were rich and didnt get mad. I was stepping through the attic and thought I stepped on a stud and next thing I know I was hanging on for dear life looking down at the kitchen.

Then I got a ticket on the way home from work. I couldnt even argue with the cop cuz I knew I blew it.​
