I wish ppl who like to make bullshit claims about single parent homes and delinquency knew that the single factor that increases the likelihood of delinquency is the lack of adult supervision.

What is the big deal w/ those scarfs? I went to my lil sister's school and damn near everyone had them, she told me about them being in videos lol. ehh to each is own I guess

I want IHOP!

:hmm:

I find this very disturbing...

:lol::lol::lol:

What the hell?!

On another note, why is everyone saying the dudes wearing the scarfs gay? What if it was a regular scarf and not hanging daintily from the neck? Now if I see a dude with one and that shit is rainbow color fun, then yeah I might think it's gay. But just two plain colors to coordinate with the jeans- I dunno. Am I so removed from this world that it needs to be blatant for me to see it is flamboyantly gay? Or am I just not paying attention?

*Goes back to the logic puzzles

Blah, blah, blah ...

It's fucking GAY!

Color co-ordinating a scarf with jeans? What in the flying armadillo cartoon ass Jindal fuck?!!? :hmm::smh::hmm:

Dudes should wear scarves (not a fucking female wrap or w/e the fuck its called) because it's cold!

No really. WTF? :smh:

Well, it's usually what also accompanies the scarves that qualifies a guy who wears them to be deemed gay: the skinny jeans, throwback haircut, etc. I'm not generally attracted to the guys who do the whole "trendy" look anyway, but it definitely walks that fine line...

aka Gay look.

if the people wearing them didnt see them in the videos they would consider the "style" gay, but since you favorite rappers rapper is wearing them it is acceptable. What in your studies tells you that people lack the abilities to think on their own?

you missed free pancake day last week...

i guess those free days are true...wait..what was the catch?

That's why. I've been guilty of following the trend when I was younger but not to the extent of how many people I've seen with these scarves. Some that I've seen do look a little suspect but most that I've seen don't, (which prompted my original question). But if this whole thing started cause of some rapper in a video...:smh:. I guess what I grew up with and with lack of probably has me thinking this way...I understand if something is popular but to see it on tv and it turns into what it has seems quite disturbing to me...

It's no different than coordinating your air force ones to go with that one shirt in your closet. Or buying ten different hats from Lids to go with your Polo shirt collection. Men can wear accessories too, but like I stated before I haven't seen too many people here rocking it flamboyantly.

Perhaps I'm so used to men wearing one pair of shoes, one pair of pants, and a couple of shirts on a day to day basis. I've never really met dudes that shopped like a chick or that were that obsessed about fashion, but it can happen...

*thinks about the 17 year old that got posted on the main board for being a kelpto of high brand gear

Oh, wait I forgot.

...no random thoughts at the moment...

Well, I guess I am kinda addicted to logic puzzles...

my parents didnt play that follow the trends stuff when my brother and me were younger. We didnt have the trendy clothes or the trendy haircuts. Back then i probably thought of it as a bad thing but now i guess it was good.

I hear ya...I didn't get my first pair of jeans until I begged for some, and that was when I was in the 8th grade

I was the complete girly girl, wearing heels to school in high school, skirts, big handbags, etc. I barely wore jeans when I was in high school. By the time I got to college, my roommate had to show me how to buy jeans, cause she said all the ones I was wearing were too big on me :(

Focus.
Coordinating shit like ties with shirts, sweaters, pants, shoes, watches, etc ... that's normal.
I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about MEN wearing non-functional FEMININE scarfs ... which is as "trendy" as wearing lipstick. :hmm:

Here's a quick and dirty puzzle:

3 light bulbs in an isolated room.
3 light switches with only "on" and "off" levels for the 3 bulbs in a basement.
You can turn the switches on and off as many times as you want.
Once you go upstairs, you can't go back down to the basement.

How do you tell what switch is for what bulb?

I followed some trends, (I still have Ghetto Dope), but I didn't have them all. Hell sometimes by the time I got what was 'in' it had been 'out' for a year

I was the opposite. It was easier to get three pairs of jeans from K-Mart than the short skirts I wasn't allowed to wear. I can wear block heels but I still haven't learned how to wear stilettos. When I did wear a skirt or dress in highschool dress shoes were not on the list...

...which reminds me. Anyone seen a good jean jacket? I've been missing my old one but I know it's gonna take two years to get it broken in again...:(

Have anyone ever fucked the sheets/mattress off the box springs?

Soul men is a funny ass movie.

If anyone in Dallas/Fort Worth needs a masseuse, hit me up. I got a chick that do the damn thing for real. Me and my girl got a massage on valentine's day. I got another one last night.

The Razoo's in Cedar Hill is a trip.

 @the jeans I bought ended up being skinny jeans....so, of course, I took that shit back. Got some COOGI!!!

What is with women who like a damn wrestling match before sex? Had to damn near put a figure four leg lock on a chick to get them panties off. Then, they have the nerve to cuddle afterward. Like its a relief that I fucked them, or something. I'm over here feeling guilty, while this chick is over here happy than a bitch..... I don't get it...

I saw some of Soul Men at work today. This week is going to be SUPER LIGHT for us, and one of the fellas brought that in. I've got to see the rest of it though. Yo Vanessa Del Rio's titties look GREAT in the scene where she was riding Bernie Mac. I bet when he saw that his character got to have sex with her he was like...

i dont understand why people dont like trends?

if you blindly follow and wear whatever is hot because other people are wearing it...well thats wack

but theres nothing wrong with incorporating aspects of some trends in your wardrobe...thats how you keep your style fresh and new

Man...Vanessa Del Rio looked damn near TRANNYish in that movie. :smh:

so i found out that lipstick has fish scales in it....so is there vegan lipstick?

is it true that baking soda can take oil out of clothes? i just dropped somethin on my new fav shirt

Yeah, she does look rough as hell now. I don't understand how that happened. She definitely didn't age well...:smh:... The titties are the best thing she's got going at this point. Honestly, I just tried to focus on them while she was on screen.

How many fuck buddies or friends with benefits can one have at a time? Is 2 the max? Maybe 3? My friend is juggling 4, and I think he's just being greedy. Someone is bound to catch feelings and get pissed.

So it's normal for a man to buy one pair of shoes to coordinate with one specific shirt and hat?

:hmm:

That's womanish...

Less than a hundred. That Express jean one is the EXACT one that got 'misplaced'. But my...certain parts...are too big for their clothes... (I have to keep telling myself this so I won't think I let myself go :( ) Thanks for the links!

If it's a cute trend it's cute. If it's ugly, it's ugly. You can do different things to it and make it your own, which is fine by me. What I don't get is folks see a 'trend' and wear it exactly how they see it. It's just carbon copies running around and everyone else looks alike.

I think so...

...I've heard of club soda but not baking soda...is it like car oil or food oil?

a man should have black shoes and brown shoes. what other color do mens shoes come in? a man should not be out looking for shoes to coordinate with a certain things. this isnt the prom you are not trying to match your dates dress. :smh::smh::smh::smh::smh:

Not for the dudes I saw. They will obsess over their outfit like a woman. Complain that something wasn't the right shade of green or that this shirt has to have skulls in it, or something like that. I'm not saying it's gay, it's just...womanish. It was very un-masculine to say the least...

Did you put it in soak? Always put it in soak as soon as possible. If you got a bar of ivory that might help too. What color was the shirt?

I have seen dude buy a pair of Spongebob Air Force 1's just to go and have a Spongebob shirt and hat MADE. It's not gay, just very womanish...

And the Reeboks and the 1's that come in the multicolors? Don't let them go get some Akademics shirts and go to Lids...get a red Atlanta hat, and one that's black and white, one that got a particular pattern...in Savannah folks will buy an outfit for St. Patrick's Day...
