What kind of juicer did you buy? I love my Breville, but I've heard good things about Omega juicers... Are you only doing juice or still having food?
And where are you getting your recipes?

i went with the breville over the omega simply because the breville is faster. the omega involves a lot of prep; wash the stuff then cut the stuff then finally juice the stuff. In the breville because the shoot is so big all i have to do is wash and then juice.
as far as the recipes i use websites like livestrong.com or just google stuff and try it, and sometimes when i am bored i will watch youtube vids with different recipes.

day 2 of no meats no sweets... almost slipped up and had candy yesterday but other than that was pretty easy even while attending a bbq.

doggish trust me when do what I do and you have issues with the staff not the people you service. you would understand alot of people can not do my job and don't get me wrongIi love what I do but it's not easy at times but I am grateful for everything that god has given me inculding the strength to not snap on anybody. another thing is where I am right none of us really have the support we should to perform our job and that's really sad.

Gosh I'm annoyed right now. I want to pick up that jump rope so bad...but this bathroom isn't going to clean itself.
Business is slow, but it's going to a degree. I just have to keep working.
I'm close to my first weight loss goal, and the weigh-in is 3 weeks from today, which also happens to be my 31st birthday. We'll see how that goes, but I've felt better about how I look and just my physical health and energy in general than I have in a long time.

smh that's the problem .. employers think ppl should just be "grateful" to have a job and treat them any old kind of way. People are still people. They have basic needs and deserve to be treated like humans. Company I work for want to fire a chick, out on doctors order, while she grieves the loss of her 1 month old baby who she never got to take home from the hospital.. But yet they want to be seen as a "family company" and one of NJs best places to work. Who does that??? Companies are taking too many liberties at the sake of people being "grateful" to have a job.

i'm just not a complainer whether it be about my job or a health issue that i let slide that almost gave me the dirt nap.
i just believe that all the problems that i have or i think i have there will always be someone worst off than i am so why complain about them. i live a fairly good life.
