I'm procrastinating on this workout, lemme get it in. Todays WOD is one of my favorites (and by that I mean i love to hate it) run 1 mile, 100 lunges. repeat minimum 3X.
I need to get like you. I decided today was going to be the day to bring out the ab workout and the jump rope.
Then homework got in the way
