why cant i just go to your website and compare the price to what i am paying now and decide if i want to switch or keep what i have... noooooooooooooooo you want me to fill out some kind of profile so you can contact me and talk to me.




white girl in the gym was doing those CoCo squats and lunges and her booty was looking rather juicy... i think she caught me looking through the mirror too because she pulled her shirt down in an uncomfortable way.


one day they are going to ask me to leave for looking at the booties instead of working out. :lol::lol::lol:

The kind I got dissolves into whatever you put it in. No taste and it doesn't make the drink thicker. But it will have your ass in the bathroom tho....alot​

bleck.. i had a fiber/protein powder and HATED IT. Protein has a unique flavor to it .. and fiber powder adds a bit of grit. barf

i only lick the middle out of deviled eggs and i dont like humus so wont be anything like deviled eggs to me.


you can get fruit flavored or unflavored Whey protein to blend in with the fruit in your shake.
 
Being off work this week is a god send.

Speaking to a family member of mine in the US, I didn't realise how healthcare is a major issue in the US.

It's messed up. Private healthcare can take a third of your check before you get the money. Those on federal health care can get up to half of the treatments they need. Want medicine? Well you ALWAYS get the generic version and if what you need doesn't come cheap, then if fate likes you, you MIGHT get a discount. There is no 'bill later' with the hospitals here : no insurance card they will put a gauze on you, tape it and send you on the way. Sometimes not that.

I forgot mines one time and they told me to come back.

I see that Obama is trying to push reforms to the healthcare system in the US. He will have some powerful opponents against these reforms. Most of them I think will be given very generous retainers to keep things as they are.

In comparison to the US, in Britain, we have the National Health Service, which is a free service to everyone. It has been in effect now for over 60 years. It is paid for by the taxpayer.

Even when I'm tired if the girls bring me a book I read it. My only exception is when they trying to get out of bedtime and we on book 3 and 4 and it's 9 at night.

That's why this has been going on for as long as it has. I think we in year 2 or 3 of having this bill on the floor. I think President Obama is trying to take the European route on some issues which I have no problem with. Some of the countries get free education too so there's something about loan forgiveness (which I PRAY will come to light) in addition to the health care reform. It's needed though...really is.

Not only have I not been paid yet....I haven't even started my job yet so can we wait to start planning a trip to Vegas. I can't go in asking for days off on my first day

LOL .. I mean that's kinda one of the things I am unsure about.. I don't wanna be seen as like "too freaky" by potential male suitors lol .. I was researching the different types of piercings and man... it's a lot to consider!

Hey! sometimes you're taking all the measures to not get pregnant (the pill, condoms, IUD, the ring, whatever) so if you do get pregnant one might say 'I have no idea how this happened.."
