In other news, I weighed myself this morning and I've reached my first and most important goal. My weight starts with a 2 again and this is the lowest the number on the scale has been in about 5 years. So excited right now.

Holiday today, means I am off...I can remember the fanfare of mass brainwashing because of some discovery, this day marked....ha!
don't get caught up in the number on the scale my brotha you measurements are a better indicator of your progress...
i have a digital scale at home i usually weigh myself once a week and get a number, i was in the gym this morning and weighed myself on one of those old scales you see at the doctors office with all my clothes and shoes on and got a number that was 10lbs less.
check the local colleges and see if they have a sports science program and see if they have one of those pools you can get in to check you body mass, get that done every fews months and use that to judge your progress.
ask yourself this... how much stronger are you, how much farther can you run, how many more pushups/situps can you do, did you have to buy new clothes, did you have to adjust your belt or add new holes...
it is easy to lose weight simply go to the store buy some diuretics dont drink any water and 33 days later you are down 15lbs
