Man I can't really make out what's going on, but if he was driving in the wrong lane in the wrong direction which made the other car swerve.
Then it's definitely his fault.

What caused the wreck was a lady was tailgating an SUV and not paying attention, the SUV that was driven by an older brother slowed down. The tailgating lady not paying attention tried to stop too late then made an evasive move to the left in the other lane of traffic colliding with the now dead man.
The dirty honkey cop went to get a written statement from the brother driving the SUV and the brother cleary told the cop what happened and said the tailgating lady caused the accident. The cop tried to tell tje brother what to write and he wasn't going for it. A written statement was provided but on the signature line said refused.
The report from the DA's Office who are the ones that prosecute individuals did a seperate investigation and got blackbox data from vehicles which have direction, speed, distance and other data. The report also called out tje bullshit the investigating cop did. The prosecuting office pretty much cleared the young brother.
Thank your for the correction and breakdown, because after looking at a couple of vids and their descriptions I was lost.
