I was just thinking today about the daily stresses I encounter everyday.....even more so as a black man. I promise you, days of microaggressions and outright racial aggressions can wear on us brothers.
Be sure you take care of yourselves. Laugh and smile when you can. Take a breath and rest when you need to. Don't sweat the small shit (advice I need to take myself)
Realize what gives you happiness and fulfillment and give as much of that to yourself as you can.
