Questions about starting an internet radio station

I trying to start an internet radio station. I want to know where do I get started.I looked at live365 but their fees was kind of high dealing with the copywrite fees that you have to pay.I am looking to start off by playing my own music dealing with the artists that i have produced, and when I can get quite a few listeners then I would like to expand it in playing other artists music also. Are their any other companies that I can get started with that the fees wont be so high?
