I have a friend who has a foreclosure from thier mtg co. I am not a whiz at this kind of stuff, and figured someone here might know what steps to take.
I had suggested they go through a stop forclosure agency and deal with them, or just simply file for bankruptcy, keep thier house and just start all over again. Has anyone been through this before? What would be the best method of handling this situation? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

what city/state she in? you see all those "We Buy Houses" signs posted up everywhere? Tell her to call some of them but DON'T COMMIT TO ANYTHING/SIGN NO PAPERS!! Just talk and see what they say about her situation.
