Easier said then done. Might as well stay with the bitch and have side pussy. Down here in Texas that ho will get half your pension and 401k plus that fat ass child support check. My co worker divorced his wife with 2 children. That nigga told me he paying 2200 a month in CS payments. FUCK THAT

depends if u married a broke ass chic who didn't work, if she works she has as much to lose as u. Cats on here be watching too much tv with all these celebrities paying exorbitant amount of money in divorce cases. the fact is if your wife is also successful unless u have kids u cant lose

We have 3 accounts. A personal for each of us, and one for everything else. We both receive an allowance every week, which goes into our personal accounts, but all bills and family expenses get paid out of the joint account where the majority of both of our checks go. Are you guys set up similarly?

pretty much. the profits from our business account goes into our joint account, which is also used for bills, gas, groceries, etc. anything personal would come out of our personal accounts. the only thing we do with the business account is make transfers to the joint account.

Mo, we cool but everything you said is here is bullshit. TEXAS is the best state to get DIVORCED in!! And if you look at everything you said it all pertains to the fact(s) that your boy married a woman that:

a) didn't work and
b) he had children with her.

Texas doesn't have Alimony. #1 reason why it's best to MARRY here if you eventually get divorced. It's the reason "Eva Longoria" filed for divorce in California and "Tony Parker" filed for divorce here in Texas. Eva wants spoucel support (even thought she doesn't need it) and Tony knows that in Texas there's no alimony here. You aren't forced to support a woman on some bullshit judges say so like you would up North or in Cali. We're a "community property" state meaning that you split assets (if you want to, you can contest that as well here).

If you're wife works and has 401k "a man can" ask for half of her retirement. If she has 100k in the bank and you have 30k..the courts here see 130K and it splits down middle - 65k for the both of you! <-----Bitch face gonna be like this :hmm: :lol::lol::lol:

Exactly. People are very ignorant of the law when it comes to divorce. All these dudes talking about "You'll lose everything if you get married" is some utter bullshit. The only way you lose shit is if the bitch don't work, and she has kids for you. And even in that case (Here in Texas) the judge can't make you give up your home (he can suggest it, if you have kids in order to not put your kids out) but if you say, "Fuck no! I want the house sold" the judge can't do shit but say sell it and split the proceeds. TEXAS is the BEST DAMN state to get divorced in.

i don't share. each of us would have our own accounts and when it's time for bill pay we split it from our accounts and keep it moving.

As for the main question. I pay all of our bills I make my wife give me her agreed amount every month, this covers her portion of the utilities and the house. I handle pretty much all of our savings. We do have a few joint accounts but those accounts are mostly fall back money...
