Looks like she is trying to throw up the 3 point sign. Nothing to see here, but in 8 years some BGOL cats will be making countdown threads for her.
She's mimicking the adults around her and it's usually done to get other's attention because in our world when kids say and do things that are adult like when they don't know any better we tend to laugh and be amused by it in some way.

This shit should have been checked the first time he tried to bring her to the presser. It's totally inappropriate to have a small child at your place of work. But, because of this and that people were afraid to speak on it and now she's "a thing." Welp, the horse is out the barn now.

I couldn't disagree more. Do you seriously think that little girl knows what a hex is? All I see is a little girl who is allowed to express herself. She'll grow up unafraid to express herself. I wish more of our children were growing up like her.
I don't believe in suppressing children's spirit. That's not to say let them run buck wild but they should be allowed to freely express themselves.
Those days and thoughts that children should be seen and not heard need to be buried forever. That was the slave master's thoughts on how we were to be raised. I don't see these type arguments made when its white children.
