question for bgol gym heads

Moving your body thru space is supreme over most exercises that uses weights.

Dumbells over barbells.

Vary the amount of time you perform your lifts and never lift for ego.

Have light months, it's OK.

Have months where you train for power. Which is as heavy as you can go with good form but explosive positive movements and controlled negative movements.

I know this...freeweight workouts will never change...the basic lifts will get you stronger and the Olympic lifts will get you faster if done correctly...

flat bench with bar or dumbbell....its on you...

but I will say this...Bench press is a compound movement...it just doesn't work the chest

also..at this phase of my life...I could a fuck how someone workout in the gym..i don't pay attention to mfs in there...
