The problem has little to do with China and/or what you refer to as "communism". Your sentence in itself lets you know what the major problem is.

There is not much to elaborate Sir. All that I am pointing out is the context of mistreatment that is based on "race" and/or color. In regard to "common wealth counties, Uganda is one of them. I remember going to Uganda two years again at the time when Queen Elizabeth II was about to visit. All the streets were clean up and alot of security was deployped. Ugandans from the rural areas were told not to come to Kampala (capital city) unless they work in Kampala. Now, would the king and queen of Baganda kingom in Uganda get this same treatment if they were to visit England? I doubt that they would. It would be a normal regular day for every white person in England but in Uganda it was more like everything revovled around this woman. THAT IN ITSELF TELLS YOU THAT THE CONTEXT IS RACISM/WHITE SUPREMACY. A context that produces, supports and manintains the mistreatement of all non-white people.

Something must have put logic into the universe. Something must have put the universe in order. Some say God, Big bang, evolution, Allah, Muddha, Mungu, etc. I would rather say creator and that is also because people don't create they re-arrange what is in place and/or has already been created.
