Step by step pictures of this delicious French dip sandwich. First Brown a chuck roast place in the crock pot and top with two cans French onion soup and one can of beef consomme. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours. Shred meat with two forks. Put a healthy serving of meat into each roll and topped with provolone cheese. Broil in oven till cheese melts and serve with a side of the au-jus for dipping. Very simple and delicious. I served mine with hand-cut french fries. Enjoy!
