The National Multiple Sclerosis Society has responded to Pusha-T'scomments on longtime longtime Drake produce Noah “40” Shebib, who lives with the chronic disease. In Tuesday night's response to Drake's Friday night track, Pusha seemingly mocked Shebib for the physical toll MS has taken on his body, as well as the early death he'll likely face, saying “OVO 40 hunches over like he’s 80/Tick, tick, tick/How much time he got?/That man is sick, sick, sick."
“It’s troubling to hear that a person’s disability would be made fun of by others," said Eileen Curran, Senior Director National PR/Media for the National MS Society,in a statement to Pitchfork. "Multiple sclerosis, which affects more than 2.3 million people worldwide, is an often misunderstood disease. People living with MS face many challenges every day, which is why it’s so important to continue to raise awareness for MS so others can better understand those challenges. We at the National MS Society see this as an opportunity to raise awareness of this disease, the people who live with it, and the support that is out there – especially since today is World MS Day.”

Drake has been hot for almost a decade - never used his platform for commentary nor any introspection on racial history, his personal racial identity, bias etc... according to Drake Canada doesn't have racial issues (a lie, they don't have segregation / red lining there but there are still racial issues just its little less polarized)
3. Compare the above to Spike Lee's history of keeping his lens on black history, diverse racial identities within Black America, many forms of prejudice etc...
worse than that: you lack context nor any understanding of who Savion Glover is and what he represents in that story -especially how he directly descends from black entertainers forced to perform in blackface

In just a few hours time, we went from Pusha T telling Pitchfork, "The fake cannot dictate the moves of the real" in reference to when and if he would engage in a back-and-forth on wax with Drake to King Push drafting up and hand delivering a death certificate to Drake's front steps.
In response to Drake's "Duppy Freestyle," which itself was a response to the G.O.O.D. Music emcee hurling a few barbs at Drizzy on DAYTONA track "Infrared," Pusha has delivered "The Story of Adidon," a three-minute all-out assault on Drake and EVERYONE HE HAS EVER LOVED IN HIS ENTIRE LIFE.

I understand the context of Bamboozled. I was playing devil's advocate with the comparison because everybody wants to scream the coon label for various reasons and I think it's been mostly a case of " I like Drake" or "I don't like Drake" powering peoples' opinions. Whether he has a history of standing up for racial issues is irrelevant, if the context of why he did the picture was genuine. Snoop has been smoking weed and killing niggas on albums for decades. Does that mean his gospel album is not about God or he doesn't believe in God? Lastly, I put "IF" in my original comment because I don't know all the details and I did't and still don't see where Drake's statement contradicts the clothing line owner's.
