Bruce Wayne is currently dead in the DC Universe. The Batman cowl is now worn by Dick Grayson (the first Robin...subsequently Nightwing). Bruce's son, Damian is the new Robin.

Osborn is head of H.AM.M.E.R which replaced shield as well leader of the avengers
