If this was india - she would be raped by now - the Indian Army couldn't keep the men away from her.
I've seen exhibitionism in the Americas, East Asia, Oceania, Africa and Europe but I have yet to see an Indian exhibitionist in India
I have been to India - women do not walk alone in India and White tourist are molested with their man right next to them. There are sex segrated subway cars and this White girl in the tour group went into the mens car with shorts and a tiny top and they were grinding on her and touching her breasts and her man was trying to push them away - the tour guide didn't say a word. I would recommend women never go to India...ever
