What I posted had nothing to do with excuses for illegals. I speak truth and reality. And yes I agree 100% about that community being systemically oppressed for decades.

Yes, in a perfect world, those folks in ward 8 would get the necessary training and skills before starting work on construction projects in their neighborhoods. They'd receive good wages, build the resume and get better access to even better paying construction jobs in the DMV area.

Unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world. We must start going on the offensive instead of protesting for basic jobs.

Strategize and implement the strategies. We want to see black ppl from ward 8 in construction, send the youngstas to trade school/construction grunt work EARLY. Get them off the streets b4 they get a felony record. It's hella construction jobs in D.C.
