I'm still not sure what he's trying to get at, i THINK so. But i want him to clarify. And alot of people are in polyamorous relationships nowadays ma'am. More n more comin up too.
helllllloooooo??? he wants to have a polygamous relationship--one man with multiple women because we NEVER see it the other way around.
EDIT: more and more, but an extreme minority and most women (especially black women) are not having it...especially if they can't have other men.

I guess the clarification would be that it's not a goal of mine, not really a fantasy of mine but if it was something that my wife wanted and I think it would keep our union strong than not having it then I would definately want it. I've always thought that one woman was enough for me but after having one woman and it didn't work out well then one has to look at posibilities that might make a union last longer and if that is one posibility then one can't rule it out.
Followup you'd be surprised how many guys share their women. Generally these are guys with very beautiful women and would rather have the women in their lives than lose them. Of course most of them don't have the men in the same house but the men know about the other lover.

It's good ot keep and open mind about things and not let the western way of thinking just totally bog you down. I've always believed monogamy was unnatural anyway.

I am a realist and I respect the tradition of multiple wifes established in the African and other old cultures that have practiced it. The key determining factor was the ability to care for the wives financially. I can't even afford one woman now, much less 2. So maybe when I can afford 1....
