Prince to sue fan websites for using his images, lyrics

If You Gonna Blame Anyone Blame Warner Bros, For Robbing The Man Blind In His Early Years... [/B]

Uhhh, Prince was never robbed. He had a great deal. Warner Bros. tried to keep Prince from flooding the market with an excessive amount of uneven product, which they believed would result in diminishing returns. They turned out to be right as he went a decade without substantial commercial success while releasing every musical doodle that he managed to record.

Like most eccentric geniuses, Prince believed that every track was a gem (though they weren't) and refused to edit his work into cohesive, marketable albums. He needed someone to say NO to him, but that time had long since past (which is why he's set off on his own, for better or worse).
