Prevent STDs like a porn star

No it's the anal sex ... you are confusing yourself ... an anus is an anus ... the rectum is pretty much a giant muscle with lots of vascular tissue therefore lots of blood ... and there is lots of friction and no lubrication in anal sex ... coupled with the anus (again for both sexes) is naturally contracted so this constant squeezing adds even more friction and trauma to both parties

thus INCREASING the chance for transmission of blood and HIV virus ... the penis hole is not where the virus enters the blood stream it is broken capillaries and skin cells on the shaft and head ... haven't studied this in a while so correct me if I'm wrong (preferably with sources)

Explain why Man to Woman transmission is so much higher than woman to man?

silverhawk, I can't speak on that information very intelligently because I don't have access to the data you are speaking of.... but I can give you some reasons that may explain that in addition to what you said:
1. Because men tend to GENERALLY have more average sexual partners than women do
2. A Bisexual male (openly bi or not) is more likely to transmit HIV than a Bisexual female
3. Men tend to want to get HIV tested less than women do ... so the woman will have more cases to report
4. The surface area of the vaginal wall is larger and thus provides more contact points to transmit than the area of the shaft of the penis
5. Women groom their genitals more than males do on AVERAGE so there would be more knicks, cuts and openings in that area that the male has

Lot of information in here got cats giving high fives and dancing like shit is sweet with that Ninja......I think it's dangerous to be on a porn board drawing your own fucking conclusion on your risk of contracting H.I.V based on the fact you only have vaginal sex with a woman...this is very murky waters.....irregardless black woman are contracting aids at an alarming rate so dont get it twisted bitches walking around with that monster and you cats best to believe you run up in it raw you can get aids i dont give a fuck what anybody says in this thread:smh:

Now you are onto something. But women do not shave INSIDE of the genital area. It is more open to abuse and the integrity of this area(nonintact mucous membrane with plenty of blood flowing)is compromised. Most of these women aren't catching it extravaginally. It's intravaginal contraction. Would you disagree with this?

The chance of contracting HIV from a single Male/Female encounter is less than one percent. That is TRADITIONAL encounters!!

i think thread like this ninjas should shut up. all ninjas is doing is outing themselves acting like they're safe. you can see whose burnt.:lol::lol:

Ok, if a baby's immune system is too fragile at birth, wouldn't it also be too fragile in utero (in the uterus)?

Therefore the babies born with HIV were also CONCEIVED with HIV right?

Your logic is flawed...you make it seem as if the babies contract HIV AT birth! They can do the PCR DNA test in utero via amniocentesis right?

From the uterus/womb to birth, babies born from HIV positive mothers will automatically always have an HIV anti-body test that is positive for about the first year to 18 months cause the anti-body molecules from the mother automatically transmit into the blood of the new born baby during pregnancy. That does NOT mean the baby is HIV positive or the white blood cells have been infected.

The only way to know for sure if a baby is infected is to do a DNA PCR which test for the viral genetic material of HIV, basically the form that it's in when it's infecting cells. U cannnot test for that while the baby is still in the womb. Testing done in utero via amniocentesis, is usually for birth defects.

Any doctor or a hospital in there right mind or who has an ounce of common sense is not gonna put themselves in a mal-practice situation where literally they wait weeks or months until the anti-bodies have left the baby's blood just to see if the kid is not infected and while at the same time only be present in the blood if the child is infected. Cause by then it would have been too late for the kid to survive.

Yours Truly.....Professor

Again... you did not post the source you got your information on so I don't know what the disparity or how wide the margins are so it is hard to talk intelligibly about something that someone else implied without seeing facts for myself ...

To answer your question
... no I would not disagree ... the transmission would be due to internal friction ... BUT exposed areas outside of the vagina can be sites of infection so if your margin is small this could CONTRIBUTE not be the sole cause ....of transmission ...

in REALITY sex is not a perfect science there is a lot of fumbling around ... especially in casual encounters ... so even in inserting the penis those outside areas of the vagina can be in contact with the infected penis before during and after intercourse ...

No anal, no niggas, no needles. I'm good.

I am not a health expert took pre-med a bit and do biology as a hobby ... but this seems to be the case ... of course you don't want to catch STDs and knock worthless broads up who will rape you in court but for those with anxiety about catching HIV or demonize those who are HIV positive this is important to consider ... I have (for the most part) and always will use latex condoms with my ladies and recommend everyone do the same
