I feel you man.

If you read the caption, the journalists were told to "never" touch a famine victim due to disease.

The kid didn't die. The vulture flew way. Her mother left her there while she went to get supplies a short distance away. The photo is symbolically effective and important. By presenting this image to the world the photographer SAVED more lives than you ever will.

BTW, Kevin Carter (the photographer) didn't kill himself because of this photo. That's just another convenient urban legend. He was broke and depressed over many things when he ended his life.

The fact that something like this can even happen in this world shows how cold life is and how full of shit are when we talk about how much we care about humanity. By the way, the person who shot this photo commited suicide about a year and a half later.

Here's his story: http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,981431,00.html

RACISM IS WHITE SUPREMACY AND WHITE SUPREMACY IS RACISM. Life is not cold...it's the people that are in charge that are cold. Don't blame shit on life. Always blame the RACISTS/WHITE SUPREMACISTS. This is true because, non white people have the will to change all this but they don't have the power, whereas the RACISTS/WHITE SUPREMACISTS have the power to change all this but don't have the will. They just enjoy seeing non white power suffer. That, there, is the aim of the RACISTS/WHITE SUPREMACISTS, just to see non white people suffer. Peace.

some of the images made me hurt while others made me smile

if I find somethin I will def contribute

one question tho....is it possible to resize the pics that are centered so they can be on the left?

Damn! Do you know the story behind this picture?

Anti-busing demonstration at Boston's City Hall in the mid '70s. Pulitzer Prize winning photo. Attorney Ted Landsmark, just passing through, happened to get caught-up in the middle of it. He was never actually struck by the flag, but he was bruised and battered somewhat while being held. I think the kid yielding the flag was a teen thug from South Boston with a long criminal record, who's since died. Landsmark remains a prominant figure in Boston. I think he's a dean at some college and works as a community organizer as well.
