This is the wife of a US Marine who was killed in the War in Iraq, She asked if she could sleep next to him for one last time, and the Marines made as good a bed for her as they could, she played music on the laptop which reminded her of her husband until she fell asleep.

The fact that something like this can even happen in this world shows how cold life is and how full of shit are when we talk about how much we care about humanity. By the way, the person who shot this photo commited suicide about a year and a half later.

My father served in the Air Force. As a result when he passed last year the AF sent an Honor Guard to his funeral. Seeing the Honor Guard standing next to the coffin while the woman was laying there really got to me.
Anyone got that photo of N.W.A. getting their shoes shined by a white dude with a little white child barefoot eating watermelon? That photo really made an impression on me. I was like these dudes, just don't care. I think it was a photo for one of thier singles.
I'd like to see that.
Much propz! I've been searching the net for this one. Definately a photo with a statement. I think on the original albumm cover, they had it in black & white but put the watermelon in color.
