PORN PALACE? Neighbors have reached their breaking point with what they say is naughty behavior going on at 7,000 square-foot mansion in Rockland County, including the music video with a thong-wearing model, below.
The owner of the more than $2 million house at 7 O’Grady Court lists this six-bedroom, 7,000 square-foot home on both Airbnb and Homeaway.com, boasting that it can sleep 32 people, with 15 Queen-sized beds and 10 inflated mattresses, and on-site parking for 15 cars.
“They had girls in thong bikinis posing on Lamborghinis,” neighbor John Ficarra told PIX11 about Rockland County’s alleged porn palace. “Not to be a prude or anything, but that’s not something you want around little kids.”
The lawyer for one of the neighbors showed PIX11 the pictures of a girl in a thong on a fancy sports car and garbage cans lined up on quiet O’Grady Court.
Donald Brenner said the owner of the house, known as just “George,” may be able to bring in close to $10,000 a weekend, so a $500 dollar fine from Orangetown won’t be much of a deterrent.
“This is a commercial property in a residential community,” Donald Brenner, neighbor’s lawyer, told PIX11.
Neither the Orangetown lawyer nor the owner of this alleged party house was available to comment as neighbors wonder what really goes on inside these four walls.
“I saw them bring in movie equipment for a music video,” Ficarra said. “Could they be shooting porn movies there? I just don’t know.”
As the lawyer for one neighbor put it, government moves very slowly. But in terms of this quality of life issue, they are hoping this so-called party house can be shut down by the end of the summer.
